I read that people have done courses for two months doing morning and post workout shots. Is that too dangerous?

So do I. The natural assumption is that your body is at risk of becoming insulin dependent (diabetic) after four weeks. I heard from a friends prep guy that that will only happen if your genetically predisposed to it. I just wanted to get other people's opinions on what they've heard.

I run 4 on 4 off but in the past have done 3 months solid high doses and by the end was up the hospital more times than not my adrenal gland decided to pack up and either push out a constant insulin supply or stopping and not kicking back in once my blood sugar went low .
