The natural assumption is that your body is at risk of becoming insulin dependent (diabetic) after four weeks. I heard from a friends prep guy that that will only happen if your genetically predisposed to it. I just wanted to get other people's opinions on what they've heard. I run 4 on 4 off but in the past have done 3 months solid high doses and by the end was up the hospital more times than not my adrenal gland decided to pack up and either push out a constant insulin supply or stopping and not kicking back in once my blood sugar went low .
