Can someone enlighten me about the differences between Intermediate Under 80Kgs and just Under 80Kgs?

I just assumed they were the same thing until I saw them both on a few competition flyers...

Is it a criteria based on having previously entered competitions?

We do today what they wont - so tomorrow we accomplish what they cant!
