Totally dependent on your genetics and how well you deal with carbs. Your eating 4100 calories which is far from excessive for your height and weight on a bulk. Monitor and adjust is the only way to find out.

Shouldn't be too bad. Depends how extreme you want to bulk over your off season. Look at examples of others on their off season. Some barely changed. Whilst others really pack on the pounds to get in as much muscle as possible.

Not as serious as you sound but I do 100g fat, 500g carb, 300g protein. I'm only 174lbs and 6ft. Weight train 4 days a week. I put on 3lbs last week eating that and have done calliper measurements and haven't put any fat on which I found odd but hey hoo. As said keep track and adjust accordingly. Myfitnesspal is good to help keep track of what your eating.

Not really much advise to give. Sound displeased. Some handle more carbs differently. See how it goes, see if your gaining perhaps too much fat and adjust.
