      Haha im here

Ive used quite a few tubs of No-explode over the years (cant go wrong with Lemon and Lime, Lemonade or Orange flavour)
If your used to the strong "ultra concentrated type" preworkouts such as Jack3d, 1MR, Hemo Rage, you may not be that blown away by N0-Explode. I finished a tub a few weeks back, and still rate it tbh. 1 and half scoops does me, good all round effects.

The diffrence between v1 and v2 is ...not much. I felt a better pump on v2 at 1 and half scoops, whereas got more energy and less pump off the 1st. So make of that what you will..

Personally, id say go for whatever you can get cheapest!

From my experience, NO Explode is a solid product when taken properly. You can't just take it and expect a miracle. You have to take it along with your other supplements, train hard, and diet correctly.

cheers, was the first n.o product I ever took and used to think it was good all rounder don't normally bother with n.o products, I have half a tub of jacked there, just don't use it, tried loads of samples over time but feeling flush this month so treating myself to a tub or 10 of something and everything tbh lol,was asking because haven't been training in over 6mths due to car accident broke leg and back fs lol, I know alot changes in this industry in short time! anyways will help me train that bit better hopefully saying I'm dieting hard at the mo, been living off chinks and pizza basically past 6mths so have to get rid of over 3 stone I put on!! by fcuk it's easy to put on, getting it off going to be a different matter, got the diet sorted so just looking for something extra to help me along,

Well glad to hear your okay and back trainiing m8. My advice...slow and steady, its not a race. Train basic to begin with, so whatever training you was doing before, cut the volume down and limit high risk lifts (Deads, squats, bent over rows etc) and ease back into it. Before you know it youll be training again, and happy with your progress.. then adding in extra supps to spice things up every once an a while; such as preworkouts, diffrent proteins and so on just sweetens the whole process further :p

Id say the best products ive used for pump would be

AE Presurge Unleased! it gave the best pump/valscualrity/focus combo of any preworkout ive tryed (the original version contains gernaium, havent tryed the new version which doesnt contain any gernaium but has its caffeine content bumped up to make up for this fact i.e. +200/300mg caffeine per scoop which is a step backwards in my eyes, as 2 scoops of presurge was a great combo of slow burning energy and great pump from the glycocarn)

VPX N0-Shotgun, Controled Labs Whiteflood V2 and MP Assault V2 all gave preety good pumps aswell^
