This is my first post on here, just looking for some advice on my routine, anything I should add or remove all comments are welcome and taken on board.
I've gone for a mon wed fri full body routine like so:

Pull ups 3x sets
Bench press 5x5
Tricep dips 3x12
Seated military press 5x5
Incline bench press 5x5
Seated cable rows 3x8
Chin ups 3x sets
Squats 3x8

Last set is always till failure
I'm still trying to get a good diet nailed down as well

    Personally i dont like it, this would be better
     
    A. squat
        DB bench
        BOR
        military press
        + iso (bicep curl /tricep iso)
     
    B. deadlift
       dips
       DB shoulder press
       SLDL
       pull ups
     
     
    do ABA then week after BAB etc etc
     
    or go for a upper/lower split or push pull.
     
    IMO too many exercises in your layout.
     
    just my 2cents
    bench 115kg x 1
    squat 162.5kg x 1
    DL 200kg x 1

    5ft 11  85kg
