I'm not talking about you mate, I'm just sick of hearing lads blaming gear for 'making' them act out on the aggression, it's complete bollocks.
You've mentioned you walk away, go for a walk, I do the same, fair fvcks on knowing how to control yourself and not looking for excuses, the op needs to acknowledge he's choosing to act on the emotion/aggression and he can then realise its coming and take steps to avoid it, I find just a simple acknowledgement it's coming is enough now to make me take a step back and manage the situation.
It's all in your head at the end of the day, it's your job as a gear user to get a grip and stop blaming the gear for how you act, it might affect how you 'feel' but it's not forcing you to act on it. Anyone who uses gear as an excuse to justify their actions is a clown.
This is my point....
Like you say, you avoid it now, fair play, it's not for everyone and if the op can't manage it then he needs to adapt his strategy and steer clear of strong androgens.
