    Well it's Happy Monday time again!

    Not alot going on really. Had a cracking wkend and saw 2 excellent bands and had a wee bit of a late one of Saturday but all was well

    Ended up training on my own again today as Space Cadet got held up at work. Luckily Mr George was there to spot and distract me lol.

    I did 3 supersets for tri's n bi's. Pretty much the same as last week and 2 hrs cardio, hour this morning and 2 half hour stints pre and post training.

    Not a baddun considering I've got a wee bit of a sore hand from Paul dropping some opened gardening secaters on the back of it yesterday....OUCH...made my eyes water I can tell you. But I trooped on through hehehehehehe!

            50 mins pre and 30 mins post training treadmill and another 15 mins later on. I also had 2 massages in today.

            We got a lovely visit of Kitty who was still grinning like a Cheshire Cat from her win at wknd and quite rightly too. We had a nice tea and a chin wag

                  I'm such a pratt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was all ready to set off for my final check for my tummy at 10am this morning...and I mean coat on and everything....when I decided I'll just double check my appointment time. Good job I did because I not due there til 14.20 DOH!!!!!!

                  Looks like I'll pretend to be a domestic goddess for the morning then....Paul will NEVER believe that lmfao

                      Yup all is well on the tummy front (at least it's not a front bum anymore) Doc tool some pics, said that's nice and flat and asked if I had brought him anymore tattoo mags to have a look at...and that was pretty much it lol! I didn't get to the gym til late and had clients in so only managed to do about 20 mins cardio...although I did walk it another 20 mins to the hospital.

                      Space Cadet is out of action all week with her shifts at work so Ill be on mu own for the rest oft he week. Did back and shoulders and 2 hrs cardio and a massage. Pretty pooped today....usual wimmins folk stuff which does wipe me 1st day or 2. Early night for me I reckon!

                            Well it was me, myself and I again today but I still had a fun workout. I actually squatted Paul watched me and worked out that I needed something under my heels to equal out my long femurs and hey presto....it worked and I felt really comfy and secure and not like I was about to tip over backwards.

                            Started off with.

                            Rear Leg Raised Lunges
                            4 x 12

                            Squats
                            12 x bar
                            12 x 10kg x 2 Hardly super weights but it was a start and I was well chuffed that I could do em at last.

                            SS Leg Press Calf Raises

                            10 x 85kg
                            10x 125kg
                            10 x 135kg x 2

                            With Leg Press

                            15 reps each of the above.

                            Leg Extensions

                            4 x 15

                            20 mins warm up & 1hr post workout yomp uphill! All in all a good old day

                            Also looks like I might be getting a stand at Manchester Tattoo Show in March next year for the massaging which should be loads of fun. Jolly Good Fine Spendid

                                        Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy....Space Cadet was back today...but she was broke...boooooo!!!!! Poor thing threw up twice while we were training but she carried on like a proper trooper. Eeee I have missed her. Did inlcine, flat bench, pullover & close grip press (together) for our chesticles and 2 supersets for arms 1xbi 1xtri for each SS. It felt like a goodun. I managed to do 35mins this morning on the tread and another 20 pre and 50 mins post workout.

                                        We're off to Cirque Du Solie (how the fk do u spell it??????) tomorrow and I can't wait. Paul has seen them 3 times already and says that it is amazing....I'll be gutted if it's crap lol
