I know alot of people are wheat intolerant and all that but I don't have problem like that and I don't see why 25g of carbs should be any different from rice or wholemeal bread....and I love toast lol and a warm meal in the gym is always a bonus :0) Still cold but managed to get the car moving so enforced cardio is no longer thank fck!!!!! hahahaha Hi Hun!!!! x Cheers Darlin! Quads today instead of tomorrow as I'm on a training course! Leg Press 145kg,195kg, 245kg, 295kg, 345kg x 20 Hack Squat 40kg x 10 x 4 - varied foot position Pliat Machine Squats SS Leg Extensions 50kg x 15 x 3 / 40lb x 8, 30lb x 8,7 - fully fried Am actually pleased with apparent slow gains being made on my quads. They seem to be responding well to the past few months training, the heavy squats have laid a foundation to the heavy high rep stuff we're doing now and my legs seem to be growing into the strength....all slow but then there is one thing BB teaches and that's patience! Another 2 things...did my BMI just for laugh and I am 'officially' overweight...ah well sh*t happens lol And Ef + SK Sports new pre workout drink = whizzing ya t*ts off!!!!

I thought I'd better drag this thing from the murky depths of journaldom! Still training hard, but a tad on the hectic side with course/seminar and work malarky...not complaining though as it is all fun! Posting in MT takes an eternity for me and it has taken me 5 mins to look through 5 pages of the journal section just to find it....just runs REALLY slow for me and I..well lose patience to be honest which is why I hardly post here anymore! Worked out that I'm 10 weeks of diet commencement but am eating pretty clean anyway just not superstrict typical day is something like this - 40-50g oats, handful berries & 2 scoops whey pro wholemeal toast & tin sardines 150-200g sweet spud 180-200g chicken squidge mayo train hot cross bun or two slices fruit loaf & whey protein PWO 200-250g steak & 40g (cw) rice & veg or omellete 3/4 rye crackers, NPB & whey pro I'll have some fruit too - apple etc and bio yoghurt too. All pretty clean food sources for the time being. Sunday I'l have what I fancy which usually entails a bacon buttie somewhere and ice cream later on lol! Weight has not budged from 76kg for a good while now! Still feel relatively comfortable at this weight bt definitely on the 'chunky' side....but hey ho such it isat the moment. I've started chucking in 30 mins cardio most days now just to keep things in check!

A bit of a pr*ck but not too bad really lol. Gotta be done! The shoulder is still a problem but we are training round it and doing NO shoulder pressing or anything else that aggrevates it and it is 'less bad'. Great thing is had a comment on how me delts had come on hahaha...ffs if I'd known dropping the pressing would do that would have done it ages ago! Had PT exam today and think I may have failed up but not to worry we can do a resit. What has astounded me the most is one lass on the course is very good with the cardio bunny stuff but absolutely fcking USELESS with any resistance training.....and I mean terrible, I think the only thing she knows how to vaguely use is the lat pull down and pec dec. The other lad who is a bodybuilder and pretty much knows his stuff keeps getting pulled up on his incorrect form...it's madness but hoops it is that we need to jump through so I'm just keepong me head down and getting on with it. Lets it surfice to say that the two people doing the lat pull down wrong actually fcking had lats and the two doing it 'correct' didn't have one between em ffs!!!!!

Yup....head down and jump through the hoop get my piece of paper and then get on with it! I do wish posting in here wasn't such an intermitant pain in the ass, tonight is a good night. Obviously trained the rest of the week, back n bi's on Thurs then a delts and calf blast o Friday. Legs were STUPIDLY sore until yesterday, to the point where even just standing up made me feel sick. Am going to need extra rest to recover so am going to day on day off training to fal in with Paul and the lads so that I someone to train with all the time. Danny has other commitments and sometimes has to train earlier, some of the 'days off' will not be off as I will do a seperate delt blast every 4/5 days and will play it by ear as to what has been train prior or on that day. For example I'd add shoulders to a chest and tri session but not to legs ...that kind of thing. A little unstructured but it should work ok. Weigh in on Friday showed 74kg so somewhere in the last two weeks I've dropped 2kg. BNBF meet at the gym today and managed to go through some posing with Roger Shelly and it wasn't too shabby and felt ok!

Hurrah on weight loss! The PT course is funny - only a little I learnt I actually used, I learnt more about how to deal with people in the gym than anything else... But hey, whatever it takes to get the qualification, I just kept my head down and cracked on, with a few grumbles along the way - mainly on here!!
