OK I'm all excited now because we are picking up our new dog tomorrow but I did manage to train. It was later than usual as I had a client in and we hadn't really made a set appointment as he gets his massage after he trains and he didn't know what time he was training. So after I ironed him out I did a bit of back with one of the lads as he was training back too. He was knackered at the end of it and said FFS I've got a sweat on LMFAO. Bless him! We did some lat pull downs, Tbar, rows, cable rope rows and then I did some bent over DB rows. 4 sets of everything 6 - 15 reps.

All in all jolly good, fine splendid.

TIO has done me an eating plan. Carb cycling. It's going to take a bit of getting used to but all in all it looks good. The proof will be in the pudding

I know!!!!!! Although 2 glasses of wine have been factored in per week

Well we picked up are dog and she has settled in nicely so far. We have changed her name to Gypsy. Her and Raja our giant Bengal cat are getting along just fine and dandy. She is quite nervous but has already attached herself to both of us very well, even Paul which we are suprised about as she barked her head off at hime the first time we saw her and according to the original owner it took ages for her to take to her other half. She's downstairs now fast asleep under Pauls feet and Raja is wrapped around the radiator.

She hasn't eaten much though and hasn't erm....excavated or even peed. We'll take her to the gym tomorrow so she can mooch around whilst it's quiet so it's not too strange for her on Monday.

Flick she's and Australian Shepherd and just gorgeous!

you have a bengal cat Tan?

theyre quite a unique breed and cost a small fortune too

they also require a special diet ive found to bring out their coat

ive taken care of one before and by far the most beautiful and friendliest cat i have ever had the pleasure of rehabilitating (i used to do work for the CPL over in Essex)

Raja never shuts up....me and Paul think he's got tourettes! He is a soft arse though but he doesn't really get a special diet. Just sachets of cat food. He used to get chicken drumsticks which he loves but then he refuses all other food and just wants them. I'm sure I've got a pic of him somewhere!

i fed the bengal i took care of on raw food as it goes

the one i took in had gastro problems and had the squits everywhere, was quite thin too

Put him on the raw food (trust me dry cat food is poison!) and within 2 days he stopped and started gaining weight

CPL asked me what i did, to which i told them same with every other cat i took in from them, fed it what its supposed to be fed on as it may be domesticated but it still has the digestion system of a wild animal
