Flick ...glad to be of some service lol! If you get really hungry I'll mail you some pics over lol That should keep you on track. No we won't be coming to the show but I'll be with you in spirit (mines a brandy ta!) Make sure Kitty keeps me posted with tx messages....she'll have to charge her phone now though lol   I actually did a wee workout today. Nothing much. I had a plod on the treadmill for an hour and then did a 2 set per bodypart circuit REALLY light 12 reps. It was a bit frustrating but better than nothing. Finished off with another 20 min plod. Will carry on with this for the rest of the week and see how things go.

hey trouble glad to see things are getting better and you can traing (albeit it lightly) hows tricks? Saw some of the videos on youtube what yuo did of Paul, he looks similiar to someone else on myspace ive seen before doing cable crossovers. Still cant believe how many keyboard warriors there out there slagging people good hard work off, ohhh give me 5 minutes alone with them grrrrr Nah who am i kidding im a soft as a feather duster

Iopener- Don't get me started on keyboard warriors ffs. Some of the things people put on the YTvidz is just ridiculous. TBH we have a bit of a laugh at them and put a sarcastic reply back if we can be @rsed. But what can ya do huh lol! Kitty - Don't you be getting tiddled before you get on stage and end up like that lass at Southport ffs!!!!!! Flick - Hmmmmmmmmm the training. Well I did another 2 sets, 1 exercise per body part today, nice and light 12 reps. What can I say, it's pretty boring and frustrating but I would be a total numpty if I tried to jump back in feet first. I have no idea what my body can take at the mo, even though I feel ok, so nice and slowly. Tummy is 'tugging' a bit today so I only did a 45 min plod pre workout. I'll do the same tomorrow. I think I may have to stay really light on legs to keep the stress of my stomach but upper body should be ok.

I knew i saw paul somewhere before Theres a guy on UGM called CrazyCal apparantly hes friends with paul and posted up some pics of him a while back in the progress forum. Glad to see youre getting back into the swing of things albeit is slowly but surely. The training bug is very infectious once it bites you it itches like crazy doesnt it

Yeah Cal is a good spud. I've got alot of time for him but haven't caught him online for a while. He came up and trained with Paul earlier on in the year and to see him at the Pudsey guest spot. He makes me laugh. Had a little visit from Ms Kitty this afternoon which was really nice. She is looking good, and so thought the lads at the gym one of whom insisted on a hug! I did another circuit today, 2 execises per bodypart, 2 sets, 12 reps. I only did upper body as I think I'll have to still watch the strain I put on my lower abdomen for another couple of weeks. I did 40 mins incline plod (slightly faster that yesterday) 20 pre & 20 post workout. Opener I'm actually really glad that I've got this bug in my late 30's because if it had have been earlier I would have been obsessed by it and more than likely done myself some harm.

Just you be careful, I know you can't wait to get back into it and it doesn't help working in that sort of environment and with a partner with a bod like Pauls but going at it too hard too soon could lay you off for longer. You know your body so listen carefully to it and if it protests, take note  . I know you'll be sensible but if you slip I'll slap you one

Yes Miss!!!!!   You're welcome to come and train at the gym any time you like hun, I'm sure Little Legs will do you a reduced rate  .....but trust me the lads are great even though they leer pmsl! Only did a wee 20 min plod today!

Well first properish workout for me today. 10 days earlier that the 6 weeks but I reckon I'll be fine. Nothing major, we were going to do chest and arms but I did an induction b4 we trained so we started later and my training partner had an appointent so we just did chesticles and pushed arms to tomorrow. Chest. Incline isolateral Press. 30kg 12 x 3 Flat Bench 10kg 12x3 Pull Overs 10kg 12 x 3 Cable Cross Overs 3 plates 12 x 2 normal 3 plates 12 x 2 single 20 mins icline treadmill 10 mins stepper 10 mins cross trainer. Felt pretty good after. Tummy was a wee bit tight but I think that's going to be par for the course for a good while until the swelling tendency goes. I'm certainly not doing any direct ab work until I get back from Germany. Am getting back to doing massage treatments too this week All in all (as a wise woman said today) Tickerty Boo!
