OK Just a quick update. I am still in the land of the living. Enjoying training and down to 3 days a weeks.
Mon - Shoulders, bi's & tri's
Wed - Calves, Quads & Hams
Fri - Chest & Back

I have kept 3-4 30 min cardio sessions in for damage limitation purposes. Weight is sitting around 70-72kg which is quite comfy, abs still visible but I will not kid myself and nice and soft everywhere else....but full too so quite happy. 

Future plans do not include competing in the near future but never say never. Realistically I need a good 12 months solid training to build some mass in the right places because IF I do compete again it won't be just for the hell of it. I loved the experience, loved being on stage so next time that will not be the big issue it as this time. Anyway that's all a long long way off and for now I am just happy to be chucking big weights around as that is what I enjoy doing most. One of my goals is to get 16" arms lol....just for the hell of it!

Overall it is all good!

I have a ton of stuff to do and am a wee bit overwhelmed and under-motivated but I will plod through it all in my usual lastminute.com kind of way. 

Battered chest and back today and am loving heavy training again - todays highlights incline BB Bench 60kg x 10 and rack pulls 160kg x 5.

Not compete is probably my gut response or hope that other feds take the opportunity to fill the gap so to speak.

Still training and loving it. Back to heavy and hard. I am just looking into putting my 1st Westside style training program together to focus more on power lifting.....tres buzzed by the thought of this. I have kinda fallen out with the BB world and a lot that goes with it for the time being and it is in the gym that I have always had the most fun!

I picked up a Westside routine on Bodybuilding.com and am LOVING IT! When I can be bothered to go to gym on dark nights :-/

Ice and stretching seem to have sorted wrist problem out!

Pulled new PB on deadlifts 145kg on Wed -

Legs -
Toes Press SS Leg Press x 3 x 10
Box Squats - 4 x 10-15
Deadlifts - 6/7 x 1-15
GHR - 3 x 6-8
Lying Ham Curl 3 x 10

Chest and back today then off on our wee brea tomorrow which is well needed. My sleep patterns seem to be fcked and I am suffering insomnia for the 1st time in years!
