So I now know what my BF is and it's 30% according to Miss K's measurements. I now have base line number 1. I am definitely going to get Paul to do some pictures in the next couple of days to get base line 2. I'll take some measurements for numero 3 and use the pooey scales as the reserve lol. I may even post the pics up....or send them to Kitty after having tried to work out how to post then unsuccessfully for 3 hours PMSL.
I feel like my training and diet is going pretty well THB. And I'm enjoying it tons so that's half the battle....well it's not even a battle really because I enjoy it. Space Cadet and me train so well together and we really push each other and gave a giggle at the same time. She's as nutty as squirrel sh*t.
I had 90 mins of massaging to do today so I kept my cardio to 40 mins. These people pay me to do a job and it's not fair if I've run out of steam and am unable to give them an effective treatment and I pride myself in doing my job well.....another 3 hours worth tomorrow between 3pm - 8pm. And got the cable man coming to put a proper pic on our TV so I won't be training back tomorrow but may be able to fit in a bit of treadmilling!
