Bench Press - 20kg 2x8, 50kg x5, 77.5kg x3,
95kg 2x2, x1 (pb)
Decline Bench Press - 80kg x10, x9
(pb) Tricep Dips - 3x8
Chest Press (Machine) - Negative reps, 45kg x8, 50kg 2x8
Tricep Pulldown - 25kg x10, 30kg 2x10
Another massive pb on my bench today!

Really pleased with it. Felt in a very strange angry mood for no reason today so the testosterone was really pumping. Felt as though I could have managed 3 reps in the first working set for bench, but saved it and thought maybe 3 sets of 2, was obviously just being greedy here as the 3rd set resulted in a fail on the 2nd rep. Oh well, another pb in the decline too for reps which was good, and then really enjoyed the rest of the session putting in some body building work for assistance. Will be deadlifting on tuesday hopefully.
