I never thought they weren't out, he just pointed out my back was wider in my relaxed poses than in my actual lat spread... Just gave me a different method and BAM! I still haven't seen the difference for myself, darned Back hard to see lol...

No-one had mentionned it for ages, not even AnnieB at posing club so I just presumed my lats were fully out... :-/
 
A.M. Cardio flew by today! Did 21mins and was wiped out by the end of it! Weight back to 9st 7lbs, and just hovering over 9st 6lb, which would just take me under 60kgs... 2 weeks to do it -COME ON!!!!!

in 2 weeks you will easily get that weight off.

I think i need to work on my lat spread as annie pointed out it back was wide in my relaxed and rear double bi poses than my lat spread, i just couldn't do it hopefully some more practice and i will get it nailed.

And I did get it after that, as much as I thought I actually could do to be honest, I didn't think there was anymore lat there to get out, I don't think anyone else did either! Goes to show, even when you think your posing is pretty good, there's always adjustments to be made...

Today no cardio done this morning as day off training, did 15mins tonight on the Stepper, as had an hour to spare and I was bored at work.

Still plain and repetitive, gonna get worse when I get back from Canada - Steak will most likely be taken out, as will evening carbs... :-(
Just oats, banana whey for brekkie
Chicken/Turkey with rice for next 2 meals
PWO Shake
Chicken.Turkey and rice again
Then evening dinner wither salmon/chicken/steak (once week)

Things got interesting tonight and I had tuna for dinner! Decided to have a tuna week this week, as am bored sh1tless of Chicken, even Turkey now!

It's ok, I'm losing weight v.gradually but have tightened up quite significantly - I saw a glimpse of a hamstring for the first time this a.m!

I like boring when dieting, the more variety I have, the more I want... And carb cycling -bleurgh! I'm such a loose canon!

Heading for at least 1lb weight loss this week methinks woop! That WILL take me below 60kgs and will leave 5kgs to come off before comp (unfortunately plus whatever I gain in Canada...)

not much to go then flick 5kg is nothing.

I need at least 5.6kg just get under my upper weight limit and probably a couple more kgs to really nail condition.

You will be fine. 

Why do you find carb cycling so horrible, i am 11 days into carb cycling and i love it.

Fi - see I told you - stop trying to make it interesting! Some days I hate eating my food, but feel like I 'get it' now and that this is how it's gonna be if this is what I want :-)
 
Daz - can train in Canada for the second week, probbo take the first week off as we're going from Vancouver for my b.day to Tofino, to Victoria, to Seattle then back to Vancouver where I'm spending all of week 2. The places we're staying in Week 2 are all about a 5 min walk from a huggggeeee gym recommended to me!

Aside from cheat meals, I rarely enjoy my day to day food but I know why I'm eating it and I just get on with the slog!

Kitty- I've got to get to U55kgs for NPA - in my head I'll look wayyyy out of place as an O55kg so 54kgs would be ideal, I've no idea what that is in stones - about 8st7lbs??

So today was the first real day I've not had a good workout. Carl was meant to wake me for gym at 3.30pm, he woke me at 3.45 instead and didn't get to gym til 4.30pm (30mins later than we were meant to).

By time we got there it was heaving in the free weights and was meant to be doing Chest. I did one warm up set and said "I'm not into this today"... Carl suggested we do abs instead, did:

Lying cable crunches
Cable crunches kneeling on BOSU
DB Saxon side bends
Side cable twists
Hanging leg raises

Back on it tomorrow! Cardio still got done this a.m. Prob still tired from going out Sat night, drank water and sugar-free redbull, danced and went to bed at 3am! 

This time next week, I'll be on a plane to Vancouver... And Carl's taking me Whale watching and to hot springs for my bday which will be celebrated on the 3rd :-) I'm one lucky lady ;-)

Underhand grip chins
Incline lying face down DB pulls
Barbell Shrugs

Then did 2 round of posing as called by Mr Carl :-)
