OOOOOOOOOO  I have news.....the world of Bling is on the move....well, from Cardross to Freuchie, fife....but it's 30 mins from Edinburgh airport and about 20 mins from Perth (although 90 mins from the SECC!!)

Can't wait to catch up with you when you get back!!!! xx

SOOOO.... Went snowboarding a few days ago in Grouse Mountain - it was AWSOME!!! Having a chuffing great bruise from where Carl hit my with the edge of his board though! D'oh!
 
Got back to Pompey at 8pm tonight, just had a final cheat with Carl and cooked my brown rice up for tomorrow -and so it begins! Will post start weight tomorrow (most of it water I hope!) Got my plan sorted til I see Karen next Saturday (I did it myself huzzah!)
 
But worried about coming up to Manchester, there's strike action apparently that might affect me on Sunday... :-(

Denny's had free refills on their pancakes, luckily for me I only discovered this with 3 days left to go!! Walking around with a 10kg pack on really worked me! Seattle has the steepest hills, Carl thought he was due for a coronary!

So... Day 1 - 30mins a.m. cardio done. Start weight 9st 11lbs/62kgs.

That's 15.5weeks out, and 7-8kgs to lose.

Dennys are great, though seeing a couple walk in, fattest people i have ever seen, both of them had to push their bellys down to get in between the benches and table.... kindof makes you wonder about the food lol.  great value for a breakfast, and not that bad if you have the right thing.  and what do we have in this country?  little chef.....
 
I have a friend that lives in seattle, i know what you mean about the hills!

It's just a bruise, but it's the knee I always damage when I come off jumps wrong too which is a bummer... Just v.tender.

Office space for me plus a room big enough to do a seminar/exercise 15-20 people.
Then there'll be other sites where meetings go on too where the room'll be hired out weekly and will get bigger as time goes on and the programme progresses :-)

I don't know who... I've worked with her for two years now and she's close to me. So many preppers are full of BS, I'm just gonna have to have more faith in myself really... I've started now so I'll crack on because I don't wanna upset the balance by looking for someone new. I know what she'll do mostly before she even does it so will have to put my mind reading powers to good use!

Nowt to worry about unless I plateu really - please remind me I said that in a few weeks!

Kitty - I just had all my GRRRRR before I left for hols, then felt fat and de-motivated by the time I returned...

I just needed someone to actually say "You've improved" to get me going all over again.

Had a lonnnngggg tough night, some home stuff going on meant I didn't get to bed til 3am. Thus I'm DEFINITELY taking my two rest days due to me today and tomorrow! I was just gonna plough on through but my bod does need a rest now.

And I KNOW you'll be as productive as I tried to be, DNC and Tan wouldn't let it be any other way!
