(the 45degree press was loaded up from some previous inconsiderate mofo so I used the vertical leg press instead. Was scared of dropping the weights on me so only used low weights

but it bloody hurt my butt!)

Seated Calf Raises
25kgs, 10 reps, 3 sets (easy peasy but I'm not used to training calves, wasn't sure how heavy to go...)
Lying Hamstring Curls

Again used a diff machine to normal and bloody hated it)
Step Up's
7kgs each hand, 10 reps each leg x3 sets

Bit of a disappointing owrkout, think I prefer training Hams and Quads on different days...
