Today Carl took me through his evil leg workout... I'm ashamed to say that when he took me outside to do barbell lunges as my last exercise, in shorts, in the cold, I did one set then stormed off inside and refused to finish, I was exhausted, my form was sh1t and I was freezing and worried about injury...

He took my effing and blinding very well
Each set had 60sec rest between sets, it really felt like a lot less!!!

LEG EXTENSIONS with a 2 sec hold at the top
