Keep at it Flickster, I reckon you are going to be easily the top competitor this time round, just make sure you keep the diet clean, the training focussed and the skin brown

I doubt it but fingers crossed... Thanks for the vote of confidence mister...

If it went on effort alone I might win... But it's not :-(

Ignore me all, I'm in a foul mood today for no reason...

On the verge for me, but was at work!

Sorry have just had a skim through your journal to catch up but not had chance for a proper read as dinner is ready now lol - will drop by properly soon and do hope that you feel better.

                    I've been ****...

                    No other word for it.

Went speed dating last night, found myself nibbling on a few sweeties... They weren't even nice, it was real absent mindedbess!!

Today was at Royal Holloway Uni working and ended up not eating at proper times and having a non-me prepared lunch.

Got breaded chicken with parmesan (which I took the breadcrumb layer off to leave chicken but still worries it was crap), then ate WHITE rice... Haven't fallen off diet til today so REALLY PEED OFF, esp seeing as I was doing so welll...

NEED TO BE MORE ORGANIZED, MORE SLEEP MORE COOKING!

So I'm having a pants day too ladies, chin up Kitty cos if you don't end up your best at the Northern I'll only have half an idol to look up to won't I?? You CAN do this, I'm 110% certain so GET ON IT! Les is his now to look after you too...

Well I don't know but you may have a long way to go but you also have time on your side based on the condition of you in the last photos IMO. Just think of how much better you are NOW than when you were actually on stage last time. I made a huge difference in two weeks in '05 between the NPA Yorks and BNBF NW so just think what can be achieved in 15 weeks. Have a great weekend and be good

Maybe this "professional Body-builder" who saw your pictures was viewing them on a poor quality screen or somthing, i can't honestly see why any one would make such a comment. Any way cheers for the advice in my journal

Very nice leg workout Flick, and still very consistent with the diet.

Seriously I respect you girls who all have comps coming up - you're putting so much into it . Rather you than me tbh, lol, but so much to learn from you.

Lisa, I always think I don't know how YOU do it without a comp coming up!!

Had good day today, still getting cr*p off ex but learning to switch off now, I can't let it affect my training cos I'm not having anyone beating me on this, competing is the one thing holding my life together at the moment and all that's important to me (apart from family, dogs n pals)

                                        DAY OFF YAY!
                                        09.00 L-Glutamine
                                        09.30 40g oats, banana, scoop pro-peptide
12.10 150G sweet potato, 139 tuna, tsp oil
                                        15.00 100g Turkey, 40g rice, tsp oil
                                        17.30 4 rice cakes
                                        18.45 scoop pro-peptide
                                        19.45 150g chicken, 100g broccolli

Had quite an active day, finally the MAGIC boardies that were out of reach fit me!!! Still a bit of room needed but I'll get there. SOOOOO CHUFFED
Weighed in: 9st 1lb same thank god... Well all over it now I've managed to maintain my weight, at least the scales haven't punished me. Not getting on stage til I'm around 8.5 stone, wouldn't dream of being any heavier after last time. There'd still be wobbles there and I'm not doing it, no way!
