James flick161 Went to Kent Klassic yesterday and had a nice time with Welshy :-0 Also met James and was v.embarrassed he didn't recognise me in the slightest... :-( Sorry! I thought you'd be taller! I meet so many people at these shows. Nice to meet you though Yesterday I went to BJJ, awsome again! I've got a pink gum shield now! I also did 22mins cardio in the morning: 12mins run @8.5km/hr 10mins recumbent bike 1 min 60RPM, 1 min 100 RPM intervals :-)

Went to Muay Thai tonight. Got punched on the nose by an uncontrollable woman who was meant to be faking her jab... And an inch cut into my big toe where I caught it in a skipping rope... :-/

Trained Chest today, doing a new low rep routine: Chest machine 15kgs 15 reps 30kgs 10 reps Smith machine Bench press 30kgs 10 reps 40kgs 5 reps 50kgs 5 reps 60kgs FAIL 52.5kgs 3 reps Incline DB Press 14kgs 5 reps 16kgs 5 reps 18kgs 5 reps (Could've done more but no spotted to get 'em up grrrr....) Cable crossover 6.75kgs each side 8 reps 7.5kgs each side 5 reps 10kgs each side 4 reps Also did 15 mins walking Incline 1.5 Speed 6.5 this morning :-)

Hey Tan! Am liking the new challenge but not liking how weak I've actually become in some of my bigger bodyparts (namely Chest, legs and Back)! Arms and Shoulders have definitely become stronger, so it's nice to work with higher weights than I've ever done before; but the other three, from where I used to train them hard and heavy years ago, and know what I could lift then, the weights have actually come down from that time which SUCKS!!! But I'll keep working away at it. I'm going to work low rep for about 6 weeeks I think. Trained Arms today and will post workout later on this evening :-) Jedi - maybe... Depends how good I get I guess... And whether I can handle taking a proper pasting. Luckily Carl used to teach martial arts for a living, so we've got all the gear here to pad me up and he can take a 'semi' swing at me at the weekend and see how I take being hit. From last week's escapade with Miss I Can't Control my Punches, I would imagien I'll cope quite well :-D

Granted but they should also be a much stricter movement than full standing curls and fantastic for constant tension in the bicep as opposed to throwing the focus around onto front delt and brachio-radialis which full curls do in my opinion. I really rate them and wouldn't dream of dropping them ...I can only really manage 30kg properly though You are scary strong.

Carry on doing so, I haven't got a Brits to go to :-D Went to London Club yesterday, helped out the Figure girlies with their posing - matering an elegant ab and thigh not easy but I think we managed it!!! Came home feeling very fat and icky but that was to be expected when you stand next to figure and physique girls 3 weeks out! I was glad to make Fi ache muhahahaha! Trained Shoulders and did the following: DB Shoulder press 5kgs, 20 reps 10kgs 8 reps 15kgs 5 reps 20kgs 2 reps 17.5kgs 5 reps Side lat raise machine 5kgs each side 10 reps 10kgs each side 5 reps 7.5kgs each side 5 reps Lying rear delt raise 7.5kgs each side 5 reps 10kg seach side 5 reps, 2 sets Front DB Raise 5kgs each side 5 reps, 2 sets 7.5kgs each side 5 reps Shrug machine 60kgs 8 reps, 4 reps
