Lisa, I always think I don't know how YOU do it without a comp coming up!!

I've never thought of it like that lol - perhaps I'm just "different"

Another lovely looking day - and I have to see the MAGIC boardies!

Keep your focus my girl, don't let his crap get in the way of what you're achieving and the goals you're reaching at the mo. He'll still be there after the comp

I'll post a pic when they fit properly and proudly post it... Won't mean much to anyone but I never in a million years thought I'd fit into them...
Thanks for the support, you bring a lil ray of sunshine to my journal!

CD my weight only comes off once every two weeks, I just have to accept that...
I've gone from about 9st 10lbs since I first started this journal down to what I am now, just have to crack on...

Should also add to y.day's diet, ate 1 Pro-dessert and 1 rice cake at 22.00 to kerb my sweet cravings...

Flick - how many weeks is it to your comp? Dates confuse me just now I need weeks haha!!

Have you taken any recent pictures? (even if for yourself and not to post)

I think they might help - I dnt really lose ANY weight so the pictures keeps me sane as the truth is we DONT see the changes in ourselves as they happen so gradually.

Chin up kiddo - Your doing fine - I dnt go out AT ALL since start of diet as i dnt think i could cope LOL

            xx

I don't actually know how many weeks out I am!! Kitty may have a better idea as her comp is near mine... Think it's about 14/15...? Feels like bloomin' forever! July 29th... BRING IT!

The pics I post on p.14 were posted a few weeks back I think now, they were the first ones I had taken since the NABBA NOVICE in November. Will take some more but I really don't think I've progressed at all since then. Going to see Karen next Sat who'll straighten me out...

I really like going out and socialising, people are commenting more and more on my figure and it helps motivation.... Staying out til 5am really doesn't though! That's it for a while now though.

              SUNDAY

              10.00 L-Glutamine
              10.15 40g oats, banana, scoop pro-peptide
13.15 150g sweet potato, 100g tuna, mushrooms, tsp oil
16.15 50g Turkey (just to keep going as I couldn't get to full meal)
              17.30 50g Turkey, 40g rice, tsp oil
              19.30 scoop pro-peptide, 3 rice cakes
Then at 22.00 I'll just have 150g Turkey (not feeling hungry enough for the salad) and hit bed at 23.00. Need to go and revise for my theory test now on Friday eek!

All that clubbing means extra cardio!!
Just wondering if you include the bar when you post up your weights for BB press? I can press a good weight for DB press but im so much weaker when it comes to Bar-Bell. 37.5kg is v.good IMO.
15 weeks to go, i'll be counting down with you

I have faith in us both too!

May actually be 15 weeks for me too, I'd rather do the NPA Heart of England qualifer than the South West, so it'll be too shows in 2 weeks but if anything's gonna go wrong I'd rather it was at the NPA, not the BNBF Comp... Going to talk to Karen about it this weekend...

You're well and truly on form at the minute Flick, it's always good to read your journal and see how well you stick with it. And great that you're still socialising too imo.
I probably would have to "do a zara" and avoid all temptation, but it's not setting you back much, if at all, and keeps you sane and happy. End of the day you're still getting up the following day and carrying on with your routines.

Well done Mrs - 15 weeks!!!

That would have been 5 months of not socializing and cos I'm a single bunny it's just not me!!! I love getting out there and watching my mates get hammered reminding me why I don't want to!

15 weeks it would seem to be then... You and me Kitty, we're gonna rule that stage! I know that because Karen wouldn't let me up there otherwise!

Just went out to buy some foundation to wear on stage, I love getting my bits n pieces together... Will have my bikini for pre-judging by the end of the week if I get my butt in gear and send my cheque!

There's a Maybelline Mousse that I came across last time that a few of the girls have started to use now.

That's what I bought, the Cocoa-Matte one, jeez its dark my mum was in fts when she saw it! Think I've forgotten how dark my Dream Tan is!

Just checked NPA dates again, it's the South-West in Somerset I want to do in July 22nd, then BNBF Central on the 29th... Got NPA South East as a back up on Sept 8th...

Hope you feel better soon lil lady, but glad you're being sensible and giving yourself adequate time to recover
