if you stick to the plan and concentrate on winning the qualifier rather then looking to the next show, then you will have lots to be proud of im sure!

        Happy New Year Kitty! Just remind me of this when Im saying I want to quit in April or May eh? ;-)

        Planned my growing food til March, will change week by week with one cheat, wanna get in shape for trip to Scotland in Feb and do any remaining growing before diet in March

        Meal 1 5 egg whites 1 yolk, 50g oats, piece of fruit
        Meal 2 50g wholemeal pasta, tin tuna, 30g sweetcorn, tbs low fat mayo
        Meal 3 same as meal 2
        Meal 4 Packet oatcakes, 150g low fat cottage chs
        Meal 5 PWO Shake
        Meal 6 150g Chicken, 200g Jacket Potato, tsp oil OR
                   130g Salmon, 40g wholegrain rice plus green veges

        Should do me quite well, I need to get off the sugars now. Went out for dinner last night and didnt have dessert YAY ME!!!!
        Coming home tomorrow to Southampton - keep your fingers crossed for me!

                              I've got a lot of fat around glutes and thighs  but that's my shape... Hopefully there's more quad and still a nice shapely bum under there after dieting, legs feel more muscular so I'm sure I'll be fine. Just need more side delt now and I'll be happy, I feel ok from the front and rear, just side, I guess it may be to do with posing... may be...

                                      Not enjoying diet foods atm... Not craving but it's taken me like, 30mins to eat my tuna and pasta meals - and these are waayyyyy preferential to chicken atm...
