I hope I've gained some Shoulder-age and bicep-age as they were my lagging bits... Then I panicked after having photies taken and thought I'd been neglecting my Chest so have been majorly blasting it since December!

Did 20mins Stepper last night as cardio, then a slippery walk home for 30mins!
Today had a client, then taught an hour's StrictlyFIT, then trained Back and Biceps today:

65kgs 6 reps (PB I THINK)
Wide grip chins
20kgs 6 reps (felt really weak!)
