So today I trained Chest and Tri's, I was exhausted and had quite a sh1t session really but it was last of the week :-)
Flat BB Press, Incline DB Press, Flyes of cable machine, Bench dips with 35kgs, Tri extensions with EZ Bar...
Then 22mins X-Trainer to Jezza Kyle and 20mins fitness practice which was better...

I yawned my way through a Shoulder workout this mornnig before gonig with Carl to his medical appt, did DB Shoulder Press, DB Side raises, Cable Rear delts then 20mins cardio on the recumbent bike and X-Trainer as I just couldn't get settled!
 
Kitty - good point, I am cutting back a little as I feel like a whale in my bikini currently and like a good sunbathe, poundage just doesn't want to budge though. I think my body has had enough of dieting maybe...

It's ok, the poundage is coming off and I can nearly see four abs instead of one big one... ;-)
 
Today trained Biceps and Back (again in that order) by the time I got to back I was yawning as I'd already had 5 hours clients before training :-(
 
Did 20mins cardio this morning watching telly and then 11 mins PWO.

I did manage to go to gymnastics last night which is fab :-) Had a good session and have been learning to drop a handstand down GENTLY to my chest, have yet to try it out on real floor however :-/
 
Did Chest n Tri's today and had a WICKED session, sacked off the cardio and raced Carl home on our bikes instead, he won GRRRRR
 
This weekend off to the Southern, can't wait!!!! :-D

Went to BNBF Southern yesterday, which was a good motivator :-)
 
Had some nice compliments about having big shoulders and arms (yay!) and went home feeling still fat but a million dollars of fat! LOL
People also noted Carl's fat loss too which was awsome :-D
 
Caught up with Fi, Zoe (who's doing Centrals), AnnieB, AnnieU and Will, Andy J, Anita, Philly and heaps more :-)
 
Trained Shoulders today and did 20mins X-Trainer Level 12 after WOOP!

Today was an up and down day, meant to train legs but Carl got his bike nicked last night and it put me in a right mood getting up this morning, by the time we got to the gym I didn't get time to do them so did some Fitness practice.
 
The about 9.30am after first client I did 16mins on the recumbent bike.
 
Then there was an issue with my 10am so I did Hamstrings.
 
Lying cable curls with attachment;
Hip extensions off a bosu (tight butt here I come)
80 walking lunges on the treadmill
 
Was meant to go gymnastics tonight but after 9 clients I'm shattered!

Flat Bench Press; Incline DB Bench press (20kgs woop!); Pec Dec (30kgs); Bosu close-grip push ups; Tricep pushdowns.
Recumbent bike 9 mins Level 8-12, 120BPM
Incline treadmill 14mins Speed 5.8-6.3kmph Incline 6-10 120-123BPM
 
Happy with the workout, now just planning workouts for clients next week :-)

Saturday had some time to spare so did 12 mins jogging at 8.5km/hr and a fast walk for another 4 mins at 6.5km/hr; then did Splits practise at not done it for weeks... :-/

Today went crabbing down the lake which was nice then have vegged out at home...

I caught crabs outside...
That'll teach me for indulging in outdoor activities...
 
Took a friends nieces to lake with a crab net, she cried when we actually caught one
 
 
Chrissie - nope no running outside, I hate running, but if I plug myself into the sound system at work and have it loud enough I can totally 4get what I'm doing...
 
Today, trained Back n Bi's with Carl, then did 10mins Stepper, 6 mins Rower then ran out of time n had to see a client. Have cycled for about 30mins thus far as made a trip to el banco in my break...
 
A little weight shifting but nit much which is no biggie. Interestingly, I'm seeing a change in my legs even though I'm still v.fat which is a new change
 
Welsh 2 weeks away WOOP! Can't wait to see everyone and catch up

Did a new Shoulder exercise today - a diagonal clean and press that is normally done with a kettlebell 8kgs, 10kgs, 12kgs.
Then did cable side raises, followed by a lying side raise on a bench, followed by rear delt raises lying on a bench face down.
I'm working more side delts now as I feel as though they've generally grown, look better from the front, have a nice rear head coming through, but still look slightly flat from the sides...
 
Then 20mins on the Stepper HR 115-133

Interesting lying delt work flick, I'm trying to get some side size on my weeny delts....the hanging off a pole lat raises are deffo helping....it's delt day today so have been inspired to have a nice lie down....

Lots of fitness practise been going on, I'll never get any better otherwise! If I ever want to achieve my goal of competing in fitness I gotta practice! Plus, I love it! It's my way of dancing and learning heaps of coolamundo stuff all at once
 
Chrissie, lying delt raises were really different for me, I'd defo recommend them. Had to use piddly 5kg weights though
Carl thinks I'm getting too obsessed with poundages so I'm taking them down slightly to focus on the amount of reps instead

Today had a nice day off gym, had a bike ride into town, bought hair straighteners, an outfit for London Pride this weekend and am looking forward to my Wednesday treat of salt and vinegar rice cakes

Have had an unbelievably sh1te few days...
 
Trained Legs poorly yesterday as it was just too hot and I only ended up doing 11 sets as I was alone
 
After 8 hours of work I had a 40-min round trip cycle ride to gymnastics, also too hot, did really sh1te and boshed my nose trying a new hold I've seen
 
Then today had to abandon Chesticles due to 'teariness/general I can't do it' mode. Went for a walk but couldn't cry and even after being at home from a 2hour sleep, I feel absolutely no better whatsoever Off to do a 6 hour shift at work now

The weather is just a nightmare when training, I too was on legs on the hottest day and it was just yuk! Not surprised you hurt yourself in gymnastics, must have been exhausted after a long day in the heat and then cycling!!

So the week from hell ended in the sh1ttest way possible, the pikey bastadrs came back and stole my bike last night :-(

Carl heard them and went after them but couldn't find them anywhere :-(

Pretty sure I actually saw one of them riding past me on MY BIKE today, I also think they stole the one upstairs...

So... just a few days left to the Welsh, am very excited about catching up with everyone and seeing how you're all looking
 
Trained Hams and Back yesterday but can't shake off an abductor/hip flexor pain I keep getting so am toddling off to see massage therapist asap.
 
Then did 10mins recumbent bike, 10 mins X-Trainer, and 10 mins uphill walking on the treadmill.
 
Off to do some fitness stuff today and am gonna plonk myself on the powerplate for several hours to relieve aches and pains
