        Yay! Someone's still here!!! It's all a bit disjointed these days isn't it?

        Tuesday I went to a submissions BJJ class, I'm covered in brusies from me and Carl sparring against each other, he tapped out three times to my once though woop woop!

        Today I did Muay Thai, which was easier than last week - hallelujah!

        Back to weights tomorrow and armie feeling a little better too... :-)

          So... didn't train again til Friday, needed Thursday off to recover and for bruising to go down...

          More Muay Thai last night, more brusies and near black eye as my training partner popped a focus mitt off my hand with an upper cut and nearly sockoed me in the eye!

                  We got each other lil toy doggies cos he's refusing to buy me the real thing and I know how much he wants a dog too... :-D

                  And I got a full body massage voucher and some hand-made choccies from a specialist shop in Portsmouth :-)

                  And I got to go up Spinnaker Tower! V.exciting!!!!
                   
                  Strangely, had dinner out, and I've clearly eaten wayyy too much in general because I only managed half a carbonara, no starter and no dessert! I just fancied nothing!!! HURRAH! Now hopefully I can get weight below 10st again... :-D

                              Friday did 20mins on the X-trainer as I had some free time and wanted to watch tv on the machines :-D

                              Today I thought I'd complete the week of not going to Muay Thai due to achy legs :-D

                              So I decided to train at my gym and perfect my Roundhouse Kick. So I did some 2-minute rounds of Roundhouse Kicks, Jabs and Crosses, Hooks, Ground and Pound on the Floor, more Jabs and Crosses with Hooks. Total workout time probably about 16mins but I was sweating through!
