Yay! Someone's still here!!! It's all a bit disjointed these days isn't it? Tuesday I went to a submissions BJJ class, I'm covered in brusies from me and Carl sparring against each other, he tapped out three times to my once though woop woop! Today I did Muay Thai, which was easier than last week - hallelujah! Back to weights tomorrow and armie feeling a little better too... :-)

So... didn't train again til Friday, needed Thursday off to recover and for bruising to go down... More Muay Thai last night, more brusies and near black eye as my training partner popped a focus mitt off my hand with an upper cut and nearly sockoed me in the eye! Today training Shoulder with Carl Smith machine rest pause Shoulder press 20kgs, 12 reps 25kgs, 10 reps 30kgs, 6 reps Lying incline side lat raises 6kgs, 6 reps 4kgs, 10 reps 4kgs 8 reps Seated side lat raises 6kgs, 12 reps, 10 reps, 12 reps Cable rear delt pulls 3.75kgs, 12 reps 6.75kgs, 8 reps Off tomorrow and Monday is our anniversary so we'll be off then too... :-) Back to BJJ and training on Tues :-)

We got each other lil toy doggies cos he's refusing to buy me the real thing and I know how much he wants a dog too... :-D And I got a full body massage voucher and some hand-made choccies from a specialist shop in Portsmouth :-) And I got to go up Spinnaker Tower! V.exciting!!!! Strangely, had dinner out, and I've clearly eaten wayyy too much in general because I only managed half a carbonara, no starter and no dessert! I just fancied nothing!!! HURRAH! Now hopefully I can get weight below 10st again... :-D

Trained Bi's n Tri's today... Still tight in left arm around elbow down to wrist and is impacting on my workout :-( Preacher Curls 12.5kgs 12 reps 22.5kgs 10 reps 27.5kgs 6 reps superset with EZ Bar skull crushers same weight as above 12 reps, 3 sets Overhead cable curls 5kgs each side 12 reps 7.5kgs each side 6 reps 7.5kgs each side 6 reps, 5kgs each side 6 reps superset with Assisted Dips 30kgs 12 reps 15kgs 12 reps 5kgs 12 reps Rope curl 8.75kgs 12 reps 11.25kgs 10 reps 13.75kgs 8 reps superset with Diamond press ups 12 reps, 3 sets Then rode my bike home! Couldn't do Muay Thai last night... Couldn't actually walk DOMS! Trained Chest today with Abs Barbell Bench Press 20kgs 15 reps 30kgs 12 reps 35kgs 15 reps 40kgs 12 reps Smith machine Incline press 20kgs 12 reps 25kgs 10 reps 30kgs 8 reps Flat Bench DB Flye 8kgs 12 reps 12kgs 12 reps Double crunches 15 reps, 2 sets Side knee to elbow crunches 15 reps each side, 2 sets Ab rollouts on SB 15 reps Jackknife 15 reps Then did 10mins X-Trainer, Manual, Level 4, Speed 8.0

Friday did 20mins on the X-trainer as I had some free time and wanted to watch tv on the machines :-D Today I thought I'd complete the week of not going to Muay Thai due to achy legs :-D So I decided to train at my gym and perfect my Roundhouse Kick. So I did some 2-minute rounds of Roundhouse Kicks, Jabs and Crosses, Hooks, Ground and Pound on the Floor, more Jabs and Crosses with Hooks. Total workout time probably about 16mins but I was sweating through!

Went to Kent Klassic yesterday and had a nice time with Welshy :-0 Also met James and was v.embarrassed he didn't recognise me in the slightest... :-( Today trained Shoulders and am going back for padwork later BB Shoulder press 10kgs 12 reps DB Seated Shoulder press 8kgs 12 reps 12kgs 10 reps 16kgs 6 reps WOOP WOOP PB!!!! I'm always a bit baffled when people can fly more on rear delt than they can lateral raise. Then again, I am somewhat baffled as a default condition anyway Was that Welshy posting earlier? I...I thought she'd be taller.
