Today I did Hammies and Back Leg Curl 5kgs 60 reps 15kgs 25 reps 20kgs 15 reps Too light!!! Lying Cable Ham curl 8.75kgs 60 reps 9.75kgs 25 reps 11.25kgs 15 reps OUCHY!! Lat pulldown machine 10kgs 60 reps 25kgs 25 reps 30kgs 15 reps TOO EASY! Low Row machine 15kgs 60 reps 20kgs 25 reps 25kgs 15 reps About right. It's really hard finding the right rep range and even more trying to workout without using my traps! They're still hurting frim Shoulder day!

Today was Chest and Triceps Barbell Bench press 60 reps 10kgs 25 reps 12.5kgs 15 reps 17.5kgs Too easy DB Flye 40 reps 4kgs (too easy so went up at 40) 45 reps 6kgs 15 reps 8kgs DB Lying Extension 60 reps 5kgs 25 reps 8kgs 15 reps 9kgs OUCH! Rope pulldown 60 reps 6.25kgs (too ambitious) 25 reps 8.75kgs 15 reps 9.75kgs Then 15mins Stepper today only, did 30mins cardio yesterday and wanted to get back to the pup :-)

I think it always takes a couple of weeks to find the right wokring weight when you change things around. Especially with high volume stuff so I wouldn't worry too much if it takes a while to pendle in. How long are you doing this kind of training for?

Puppies 250's are 5 exercises of 1 set of 50 reps each non stop. We've done, squats (m/c), leg press, leg extensions, leg curls, hypers. Funny how you start each one and think it's going to be a breeze and then BANG!! it hits you approx 20 reps and starts to hurt like mad and you end up pausing after every 5 or so!!

Tan - I'm gonna do it for abotu 5 weeks I think altogether so plenty of time to get it right :-) Puppy is lovely, she met my mum's dogs this weekend and the biggest was mothering her so badly! Kitty - maybe the 250 reps is something I could do. Although most of my leg workouts now are high rep anyway, just not this high rep!

It's good to throw it in every now and then  . It's just one of those things that sounds like a great idea until you start to do it and it hurts but then when it's over you feel good and realise it didn't take that long so you feel even better. Tan has been known to make men sick when making them do this hehe!!

Did Shoulders today: Seated Shoulder press 5kgs 60 reps 6kgs 25 reps 7.5kgs 15 reps DB Side Lat Raises 3kgs 60 reps 4kgs 25 reps 5kgs 15 reps Weights were spot on today :-) Biceps and Cardio tomorrow with Carl :-)

Did Biceps today I missed on Monday EZ-Bar Curl Bar 60 reps 1.25 e.s. 25 reps 2.5 e.s. 15 reps Cable Curl 3.75kgs 60 reps 4.75kgs 25 reps 6.25kgs 15 reps (Too easy, need to find a happy medium between last week and this week) Then did 15mins Stepper, Level 10 and some Splits practise :-)

I tried but there wasn't enough uniform reps to capture the idea of 'a lot of reps'. I typed 18-30 reps and that's what you got. I really don't think I want to see what Club15-60 reps look like ...uniform or no uniform

Had a lonnnnggg weekend off, dressed as a Mummy, got mashoed with family, ended up walking home with Frankenstein under my arm and then spent all day yesterday lounging around! Today back to it, trained Chest and Triceps Barbell Bench press 60 reps 12.5kgs 25 reps 15kgs 15 reps 20kgs About right DB Flye 60 reps 5kgs 25 reps 6kgs 15 reps 8kgs Will try 6,7,8 next week... DB Lying Extension 60 reps 6kgs 25 reps 8kgs 15 reps 10kgs WOOP!!!! Rope pulldown 60 reps 4.75kgs 25 reps 6.25kgs 15 reps 8.75kgs Spot on -arms still shaking! Going back in this afternoon to do cardio
