Back felt good today so did some back work not heavy figure yet but good enough for me. Bench bar x 5 50kg x 5 50kg x 5 70kg x 5 75kg x 1 75kg x 2 didnt go for the 80 when really i should of. Cleans n push press 60kg x 5 65kg x 2 Deads 60kg x 5 60kg x 5 90kg x 5 90kg x 5 100kg x 2 110kg x 2 120kg x 2 All seemed easy but didnt want to go mad OH extensions 12.5kg x 5 15kg x 5 15kg x 5 Pressing and sqauts tomorrow.

Was meant to be squatting and pressing yesterday but the gym was randomly closed when I go there. will be doing them today, not expecting anything good went out last night and don't feel too fresh.

No squatting unfortunately, gym was closed yesterday due to a power failure and felt hungover today so didnt really what to do a half arsed squat day so thats happening tomorrow morning instead. Nailed a bench PB today so all is good. Bench bar x 5 60kg x 5 70kg x 3 75kg x 3 80kg x 1 PB 75kg x 2 70kg x 5 OH extensions 12.5kg x 5 15kg x 5 15kg x 5

Alright session this morning. Strict Press 35kg x 5 40kg x 5 45kg x 2 Push Press 55kg x 5 60kg x 2 65kg x 2 x 5 Remeber what Tony had said in Mr.M thread about keeping elbows tucked in 65kg x 2 65kg x 2 65kg x 2 Went up alot easier, the 70kg pp will happen on wednesday Strict Press 40kg x 2 40kg x 2 Squats 60kg x 5 70kg x 5 80kg x 3 90kg x 3 Bit disapointing, Front squats 50kg x 5 x 2 need to know how to hold the bar, was just holding the bar as if I was going to push press it and then just squatted. DB rows 27.5kg x 5 x 2 30kg x 5 32.5kg x 5

jackson Front squats 50kg x 5 x 2 need to know how to hold the bar, was just holding the bar as if I was going to push press it and then just squatted. ExRx Front Squat I've seen people in my gym have their arms crossed as well, obviously they've taken the bar from the rack rather than cleaned it from the floor in that case. Why did you feel your squatting was disappointing?

Thanks for that mate, probably just adjust the bar location abit and should be good. Felt squatting could just have been better possibly more weight. Squatting on tuesday or wednesday so not too long.

Quick session tonight, didn't have much time. Bench Bar x 5, 40kg x 5, 50kg x 5, 70kg x 5, 80kg x 2, 60kg x 5 Deadlifts (minimal rest between sets) 60kg x 5, 60kg x 3, 90kg x 5, 120kg x 6, 140kg x 1, 90kg x 5, 60kg x 6 OH extensions 15kg x 10, 17.5kg x 5 x 2.

Training from now its going to be like this. Low reps a few sets heavy weights (for me) Day 1- Bench, Deadlift, tris day 2- Overhead, squats day 3 - Bench, Cleans day 4 - Overhead, squats Use log at weekend.

Strict press- 35 x 5, 42.5 x 5 x 2, 50 x f Push press- 50 x 5, 60 x 2 x 3, 65 x 2 Push Press DB- 27.5 x 5 R,27.5kg x 5 L, 32.5kg x 5 R, 32.5kg x 5 L, 35kg x 3 R, 35 x f L, 27.5kg x 5 x 2 L. L arm is so much weaker than the right. Squats- bar x 5, 50kg x 5, 70kg x 5, 90kg x 3, 90kg x 2, 50kg x 5 Went as low was I could on the squats the second 90kg was a struggle went down paused and didnt think I would come back up.
