Have a look at: http://www.empowerbodybuilding.com/blog and see James training hamstrings 10 weeks out. His calf workout will be posted in a day or 2 - it's a big file so will take a while to upload.

good stuff Mike! the sound is delayed though, and its rather weird, at ome point your saying squeeze at the bottom of the leg curl and i was thinking what he on about! only when you get to the SLDL you can see your talking and the sound follows a few second later! haha

Hi Mike what will you be doing to help James bring up his chest as I know this is one of his weaker areas like mine!! Be interesting to see what improvments he can make between the Britsh Grand Prix and the Mr O!

fantom Hi Mike what will you be doing to help James bring up his chest as I know this is one of his weaker areas like mine!! Be interesting to see what improvments he can make between the Britsh Grand Prix and the Mr O! Hi Simon - James started to train with uson his weaker areas from 6 weeks before the Grand Prix and his chest did really start to respond. We introduced a few new movements such as: dumbbell squeeze press, tszuki press and some cable movments and he really started to connect with the area. We'll try to get some footage of these up on my site in the next few days. You are more than welcome to come down for a session any time mate.
