    Had a bit of a break as I was getting a few niggles and have been finding it difficult to get back on track.

    Did some benching this week and strength seems about the same which is a surprise. Plan on resuming the schedule on Monday.

      Can't believe its been so long!!
       
      Just started a full body routine 3 days a week, 1 set per exercise as heavy as I can do.
       
      Squat, dead lift, DB pullover, military press, barbell row, DB bench press, skull crushers, BB curl, bench dip and pull up's

        Quite pleased with how it's going so far most lifts are going up each session. Should be good for 100kg DL's on Wednesday.

          Good session, weights up on most, added 20kg to my DL so getting back to where I was a year and a half ago which isn't bad in 3 weeks.

              Weird thing happened tonight, as soon as I finished the last rep of my deadlifts I had a shooting pain through my head that was ****ing agony!!! lasted 10 mintues and went away, WTF is that all about???

                                  Definitely should've been wearing that today!

                                  Wednesday I'm doing 120kg for at least 5 if it kills me. Short term goal is a 150kg single but I feel that's a few months off yet.

                                    Was pleased to hit the 120x5 but that OHP is still giving me trouble, 45kg is ok but an extra 2.5kg is a real struggle, pathetic lol
