Right its about time I ran a journal I competed in my first show in may this year the nabba first timers, I was reasonable happy with my condition although there was defiantly  room for improvement, what really let me down was my quads not being in proportion with my upper body that is the aim for this year to bring them up. Also I had some loose skin on my stomach which really pi$$ed me off I tried everything to tighten it it did tighten up up but not enough i have added some pics so you can see any advice welcome on the skin, suppose it serves me right for being a fat sod in the past.  so plan is to keep diet clean and stay fairly lean off season im hoping the skin will slow tighten over time, and improve my legs
 
in the pics I came in at 13.2 @ 5ft 8

    Look awesome in Pics Dude, i'm sure over time and not getting fat again will see the skin tighten nicely.
    Whats your off season diet look like to put on size and stay fairly lean?

      to keep the fat to a min I will be keeping diet as clean as possible and carbs fairly low im very sensitive to carbs, I also will be doing quick bit of cardio every morning while walking to pooch.
       
       
      7.30 am 
      100g oats
      60g whey isolate
      1 medium banana
      1 table spoon natural peanut butter 
      4 egg whites
       
      10.30 am 
      1 tin of tuna 
      4 rice cakes
      tub of low fat cottage cheese
       
      1pm
      200g chicken breast
      100g brown rice
      mixed veg
       
      3.30pm 60g whey isolate 50g oats
      4pm Train 
       
       
      5.30pm 1 seving dark matter
       
      7.30pm 
      200g smooked cod
      medium baked potato

        good luck with this mate!  like you say, legs are a bit behind upper body, but a good focused offseason brining them up to speed should balance things out

          Hope fully Daz I have been battering them every week now since show, think the show give me the kick up the arse I needed to bring them up to scratch there  growing so fingers crossed I can bring the complete package to the stage next year. also im going to go for a ukbff event next year like you suggested so I can go in weight class.

                kick started with 100mg tbol a day for first six weeks

                        i havent been able to train my quads since the brit finals for some reason my knees are killing quite worring really if i cant get some squatting done soon it ll have to be 2013  for a show....

                          Arnie are you sure you haven't just stuffed yourself silly since the British and got fat and your knees hurt because of the excess weight your carrying lol remember I saw you at the mids qualifier and your were ramming chocolate down before you got in the car lol.

                            Legs done last night 3rd week in a row I puked my ring up think it was the lunges across the car park that did that lol, strength has increased so they must be growing.
