Day 25 Bench 4x12 (3x70 kg, 1x65 kg) Only 11 on third set so reduced weight. Row 4x12 (55 kg) Rear Lunge 2x12 (70 kg, 20 kg overhead ) Didn't have much energy to do all three sets Floor Press 4x12 (1x20 kg, 1x22.5 kg, 2x25 kg)

Probably since I've not done much direct arm work for a while. I always struggle to eat enough. Full bodies are more demanding as well. In fact high rep deadlifts are hard work as well as lunges etc.... I moved the exercises around on some days I've placed more emphasis on upper body than lower. I often train lower body last in a session as well since it can interfere with the other exercises.... Why not give it a go....
