Cheers I'm 5 ft 10.5 and just over 13.5 stone. I do like to keep everything simple. I'm only managing to train twice a week though. I'd really like to try an Upper / Lower Split / 4 days a week. I feel really tired after deadlifts....

Thanks Growbag, I don't use straps. My grip is really weak it seems to fail before the other muscles so I think it's best to work on the grip a little
