Military Press 2x12, 1x9 (42.5 kg) 1x10 (40 kg) Pull-Ups 8, 6, 4.5 Barbell Curl 3x5 (50 kg) Cable Crossovers 2x12 (35 kg), 1x8 (30 kg) Barbell Complex 8 reps each exercise (40 kg) row, upright row, military press, good morning, split squat both sides, squat and push press behind neck and straight leg deadlift

Dips 5x5 (25 kg) Pull-Ups 4x5 (5 kg assist), 1x4 (5 kg assist) Deadlifts 5x3 (150 kg) Aiming for 3x5 but weight a bit heavy. I'll try 4x4 next week then 3x5 and see how I get on Dumbell Shoulder Press 1x5 (22.5 kg), 2x5 (25 kg) Incline Dumbell Curl 3x8 (17.5 kg) Too heavy
