        3x10 (115 kg) Took a few breaths to finish reps on final sets.

        Ab Machine 5x10 (30 kg)

        Incline Shrugs 5x10 (20 kg) Difficult to keep those arms locked and full ROM.

        Overhead Shrug 3x10 (60 kg) Difficult movement to do....

            Ham Curls 4x10, 1x8 (35 kg), 1x2 (30 kg)

            Calf raises 5x10 (115 kg) few rest pause on last few sets

            Bulgarian Squats 1x11 (one 40 kg bell) Didn't manage all the reps in one go on the other side.

            Some practice at Glute Ham Raises using a barbell.  Very difficult.
