Reserving my space! God do I need to do this, not been training and been eating loads of everything. No clothes fit me anymore and I had no idea of my weight till Sunday when I weighed myself at my Mums and found out I was 11 stone, the heaviest I have ever been.  Anyway thats done with and I have big goals for the shape up and beyond. This week Im cleaning up my diet cutting out snacks and all the crap Ive been eating then next week I will be throwing myself into things properly with a stricter diet and new exercise plan. Not looking forward to taking those photos, theres going to be tears.

day 3, I need to get a bit stricter on myself, just eating my breakfast oats with a bit of cinamon in them today. Biggest thing I need to do is to get the exercise planned back into my day and generaly to be more active through the day.

Well, times up and it was all a bit of a none event, all excited at the start then wore off pretty quick! I have lost about half a stone but in all honesty that was just the return to normal after xmas. Feeling a bit sad that I didnt stick too it and imagining what I could have done with this time. I have issues I need to work through!
