After a 20yr successful bodybuilding career and achieving the goal that all bodybuilders dream of, stepping on the Holy Grail stage of The Mr Olympia, I have accumulated a mass of bodybuilding nutritional and training knowledge and how to apply this successfully. As you all know I have retired from being a Professional athlete so I now have the time to share my knowledge and to help others achieve the goals they seek. I am known for my rock hard conditioning, methodical approach to the sport and spot on guiding eye. I was in the best shape of my whole career in my very last show The British Grand Prix, at the grand age of 42, so this is a testament to me always improving my sporting capabilities.
