      Very strong.

However none of those lifts would pass at a meet except for possibly the 180 bench. Only reason I'm saying that is because you say in your journal you want to compete?

Squat - off depth. You know what the marker is for depth in PL right? When the crease of the hip goes below the knee. Doesn't happen here. I imagine it's a lot to do with your stance, looks very awkward.

Bench - neither is paused. 180 was possibly ok but the 190 was bounced off your chest. And I presume you're not counting the 190 anyway given the spotter helped it up? (Too lazy to do the maths to see if this is the case or not).

Deadlift - hitched with the bar resting on thighs. Would be ok in strongman, not PL.

Obviously you're very strong but the above is just to give you an idea of what would probably be expected were you to compete.

Yes I know all this pal thanks :) I thought the 240 squat was good but working more on depth next week, the 190 bench wasnt helped if u look carefully as he has like 1 finger barely touching, as I told him 2 as the week befores best bench was 170kg and I struggled, as with deadlift I pull it over my knees then pull again cos got big knees, on comp day just gona pull pull pull and rag over knees.

Some serious weight being shifted but you really need to learn how to hip hinge and sit into your squat.

Unreal strength. Would absolutely love to achieve numbers like that some day. Not sure if I have the dedication tbh. Let us know how you get on in the comp!

Awesome stuff.  Makes my efforts seem feeble in comparision.  That bar looks mighty high up on the traps for that squat though.

Thought the same thing. It actually makes the lift more impressive, but if you were to switch to a low bar position you could be even stronger and also probably find it easier to get deep because your knees wouldn't be 'in the way' as they seem to be currently.

Not at all. You made some very valid comments

When you see the word "total" you automatically think "powerlifting" and as the vidwo show no equipment being used you are also thinking "raw". In this mindset you expect lifts of a certain technical standard.

The OP is clearly very strong but technically poor as none of those lifts would pass in a comp. That is not being in any way nasty, that is just fact.

My advice is to find a coach or train somewhere that other powerlifters train. Once you start lifting to the correct technical standard, it will come as a bit of a shock, but once you get over that initial shock, there is no reason why you should not do very well. As I say  - you are clearly very strong, and that is a huge help.
As far as I know, forgiveness is for the benefit of the person doing the forgiving, not the one being forgiven

I am very inflexable so cant get arms far enough back if bar was lower as my traps come out a fair bit.
