Hello, thought I would update on they cycle as it was finished early August and I have had PCT and 2 months off. My current weight is 15st 7lbs (weighed today). My training has slipped due to work commitments over the last 6 weeks but I have managed to keep a fair amout of size so over all very happy. Review: Strength: Very good, gained alot of strength Size: Very good, gained alot of size at my heaviest I was over 16st Sides: In the end pretty bad, Had the worst back pumps to the point I couldn't sleep. In the mornings my urine was pretty dark. Some nipple irritation but didn't develop into gyno but this was more luck than anything. I was sweating like mad by the end. I'm balding anyway but seemed to speed up after the cycle. Diet: I ate religiously 6-8 times a day. It became a running joke at work that I was never seen without chewing. I kept my 3 main meals as they were, but just added more protein into the lunch time meal. I did however have between breakfast and lunch 150ml of protein with 50ml of oats and an apple a banana a handfull of nuts some grapes and a peice of veg. between lunch and dinner the same. A snack before the gym and a pwo shake after with 150 ml of protein and 50ml of wax maze starch. I measure my powders by the ml markings on my shaker for ease of use. Overall: SD and p-plex gave crazy gains then the epi and tren helped remove bloat and helped condition no end. But the cycle was to long!! Very happy although probably will be running shorter less harsh cycles in the future as I can gaurantee doing this a few times will do some damage. Next Cycle: sd and p-plex 6 weeks to hit 17 stone pct recovery time off then repeat sd and p-plex. Then a conditioning cycle probably anavar @ 100-120mg ED fo 12-14 weeks. NOTE: Be prepared to have to spend a fortune on new suites and shirts!!!
