In my experience, the itch isn't even that noticeable. I got a slight itch here and there and one morning woke up with a painful lump under one of my nips. It would be uncomfortable to even fold my arms up against my chest as you may stand/sit sometimes. Nolva actually done bugger all for it, but high dosing ATD (I mean I was taking 8 caps a day for a few days if I can remember) sorted it out in literally days. (That was from tren bomb & M1T)
