Just started M1T yesterday

Hi guys. Started on the M1T yesterday. Its the S.W Pharmatex brand. Planning on running 20mg a day for 4 weeks with milk thistle for the old liver. PCT is gonna be nolva for 4 weeks at 40mg a day (weeks 1-2) and 20mg a day (weeks 3-4). Started yesterday and trained my legs last night. Obviously I didn't notice any difference in terms of strength so soon. The only thing that was different was the crazy leg cramps I got about an hour or so after I got home.
Anyways what I am posting to ask is if you guys think this is an ok cycle. I was gonna start at 10mg a day but just decided to go for it straight away. In terms of side effects the only one that scares me is gyno. Will tamoxifen do the trick for PCT ok? (On a side note - my supplier for the nolva has fallen through - feel free to pm if you can help)
This is my first ever cycle and am probably feeling more paranoid than I have to be but i respect the potency of M1T and know what many peoples feelings on it is. I would really appreciate any positive advice or criticism.

where did you get SW Pharmatex from or was it an old stash ??

Yeah an old stash. Bought it about a year ago on a whim. Then I googled it and got a bit of a shock as to how potent it actually is. Spent a lot of time researching it since and am confident enough to go ahead with the cycle. Got the nolva sorted as well. Will keeps you's posted on how I'm getting on.

Nolva sorted gyno for me. I got an itchy nipple (this is a symtom of gyno) and was ****ting them lol but then i just ran 20mg nolva for a while and that prevented gyno, so all good. If you catch it early run nolva and you should be fine.

Guys, 5 days into cycle now. Strength gains strting to become noticable. No real change in body weight, size etc. Decided to go to 10mg a day as opposed to 20mg (as of today) as last night I felt really ****ty, almost as if I was getting the flu or something. Anyways will persevere and see how 10mg goes. Quick question - started to feel a little discomfort in left nipple(nothing terrible) and what I'm sure is the onset of gyno. What do I do now? Do I take nolva for couple of days until it clears up (and if so at what dosage?) and can I continue with the m1t while trying to get rid of gyno problem> Cheers

Read my above post mate. Run 20mg nolva until the problem goes away, have to say i stayed on nolva for most of my cycle tbh. I got an itchy nipple about 3/4 days into SD i think. Yes you can continue your cycle.

Cheers for the reply IceManSoldier. Think I will run the tamoxifen at 20mg over the weekend here and keep M1t at 10mg a day for the duration of the cycle.

No 1st cycle of anything. Appreciate M1T probably not the wisest of choices but ran with it anyway. Just trying to keep myself right in terms of gyno and liver etc. All advice, constructive criticism welcomed lol!

If 10mg is working for you, no need to up the dose i suppose. Keep updating this thread, would be nice to see how you get on mate.

Took 20mg tamoxifen last night and another 20mg this afternoon along with my 10mg M1T. Do I keep nolva at 20mg to gyno symptoms go away or up it to 40mg a day. Do you think I should continue running nolva throughout duration of this cycle as its clear im predisposed to gyno symptons? Cheers
 

Keep running it @ 20mg mate. Yes continue until the problem goes away.

as soon as you feel that itch you need to get 60mg at least of tamoxifen then down to 40mg second day and 20mg for about a couple of weeks that should sort it

Dont agree with the above, 20mg did the job for me and alot of others. 60mg seems too high.

I'd argue that when you feel an itch you must consider that it may be paranoia - which it is in a high % of cases on ots steroids imo

I was on tamoxifen for a year when I was younger due to a low sex binding hormone globulin so I know that 20mg to kick off really won't be enough for most. Ended up having an op to cut a small lump out of one of my nips.

I agree with Celt. You've gotta be careful, as an itch can just be an itch!
I often get itchy nipples, probably bcos I shave my chest, but even so, no point necking nolva for the hell of it IMO.

Fair enough, if this is completely out the ordinary for you and carries on for a few days (which I think is what happened to Iceman) then you should look at taking the Nolva.

I got itchy nips a few times when taking SD, and I've got 2 admit, I did get a little paranoid, but as often get itchy round that area, it was nothing out of the ordinary.

From what I have heard, it would be a pea size lump behind the nipple and would hurt when you touch it.

Current big lifts:

Bench Press - 120kg 4 reps
Deadlift - 240kg 3 reps
Squat (ass to grass) - 145kg 5 reps
Leg Press - 500kg 20 reps

Body weight: 16 stone 4lbs

aye - basically, itch and swollen nips....puffy...pointed...not just the nip, the area around the nip, this is a sign. A general itch after shaving you're chest and the old tight shirt might just be rubbing a bit!
