Just started out

Just started out, need some advice on a good clean bulk diet? If someone could help with a daily plan and shopping list it would be great. Going to the gym 3/4 times a week. Stats: Age: 19 Height: 6ft 2in Weight: 85kg Just bought some whey protein powders and instant oats for breakfast. From reading the posts it looks like cottage cheese/ peanut butter is a good one for late evening. Just what do to for the rest of the day? Any advice would be great!! Cheers
