Biceps, hamstring, and lower back quite stiff today. May take a day off, or do some light cardio.
I reckon if the weather is good in the morning tomorrow will do BB Complex, and something else. Then Sunday will be over my nans, so gonna take my 24kg KB and 10kg weighted vest and some kind of tabata circuit and a run.

Quite a decent session I believe. Had 6/7 bottles of kopperburg cider last night so woke up with a lil headache. Had some codeine when woke up, then 3 scoops of jack3d and was well away lol. Strict press @ 50kg is a rep PB & so is push press @ 75kg I think so fairly decent.
