    Biceps, hamstring, and lower back quite stiff today. May take a day off, or do some light cardio.
    I reckon if the weather is good in the morning tomorrow will do BB Complex, and something else. Then Sunday will be over my nans, so gonna take my 24kg KB and 10kg weighted vest and some kind of tabata circuit and a run.
