Yes mate 80mg would be cool, just till you feel like your picking up again.

Lol I told you they are killer, but I saw the biggest growth spurt in my legs when I started to pick them up.

When you do your complex I take it you do not drop the bar and you do the whole thing in one continous movment? If so good effort I love them types of HIIT complex's.

How long do you leave it between sets?

I used to  give myself  like 1 min rest inbetween sets but lowered it to 30 secs.

Cool.

Yep, hold the bar through the whole set, but sometimes forearms get really pumped have to put the bar down for a quick sec. Normally leave about 1 min but may drop it down to 30sec.

I have the same issues with DS/PH cycle re water intake.

I drink boat loads, so much I have to pee halfway through the night and I still wake up in the monring and my pee tells me im dehydrated lol!!!!

How come you have issues with your back mate? Is this an old injury or just flared up now?

Its an old injury Taz. Using a trap bar for squats used 10kg plates when supposed to use 20kg plates as wanted to work me quads better and injured me lower back. Keeps flaring up every so often which is pain.

You been to see the doc?

Might be worth the trip. My physio guy has got me doing loads of abbs as he said my posture is all wrong atm.

Erm.... No :S. Been like this for about a year now which is not good. But it would probably be a good idea to though lol.

I may also invest in a couple of deep tissue massages as I think they are supposed to very good.

Seen your gonna be testing the new Mass-Plex. Looks very strong compound, but will be very good a increasing stength :) Good luck bud.

                          Hey Taz,

Its going okay at the moment, dropped the intensity a little as back is in agony at the moment. Had a deep tissue massage yesterday just to see if it helped, got another one booked in a couple weeks.

Got until 42 days so that 26 days left I believe lol

Hows your training going? Saw your testing the new Mass-Plex, looks good

                            Sides

Definantly feel lot more aggression this week compared to first 2 weeks.
Also, my appetite has gone sky high this week. Seem to be feeling hungry about an hour after each meal :S

Hey bud hows things going? How much longer you got on cycle?

Training is looking very good, nice and intense, keep it up.

Cool plenty of time left on then.

I like to use a hot water bottle on my back after training to help if its feeling sore. Other than that make sure you have some decent core focused days every week as Im a beliver that core stability is key for fighters.

Yep Im lookingforward too it, massplex looks a strong product. I did read someones lol on it in the ph section and he claimed 17lb gain in 3 or 4 weeks which without pics is a unbelievable claim to make tbh so if I can gain say 7lb ill be very happy with that indeed.

Think I am going to have to cut this cycle short, and start PCT due to pulling a muscle in my back preventing me from training for the next week or so.

Thats a shame mate, I hope you recover soon mate.

Iv never heard of anyone getting painfl pumps from 19nor but it is possible. Drink pleny of water and as above bananas are good also.

Have you been to the docs to find out what it is yet? If your injury is anything like mine you physio will rec plenty of core work and stretching.
