      Im ashamed to admit I was too lazy to get out of bed and do a.m cardio before class this morning   Im gonna go out on the running track tomorrow and do an hour of light jogging.

      Back workout earlier. Myself and Dan Nukem recognised each other at the gym and seen as we were both doing a back workout, I decided to follow his routine.

      Deadlift
      8x100kg
      6x150kg
      1x200kg
      1x200kg
      1x200kg
      0x200kg

      I dont usually jump from 100kg to 150kg to 200kg BUT I might start doing this instead of fcuk acting around with weights in between.

      Assisted Pull Ups
      4 x 8   I've no idea what weight the pin was in.

      Lat Pull Down
      4 x 8   Again not sure of weights. I must bring my notebook next time.

      Bent Over Rows
      3 x 6 @70kg  I was really feeling it doing these, the other 2 exercises made sure I was struggling.

      Still no sides or strength gains to report. Day off weights tomorrow, will do arms then Thursday.

                50 mins fueled on the running track, light jogging, it was FREEZING. Legs feel wrecked now, especially my hamstrings, their pretty tight.

                  Shoulders with Mr. Dan Nukem

                  Started off with the smith machine shoulder press. 

                  I cant remember the weights shifted, i forgot my notebook as i was in a rush when packing my gear.

                  DB Lateral Raises
                  I think it was 4 x 8@ 14kg or 16kg

                  Cable Raises
                  3 x 8@ ???

                  Bent Over Lateral Raises
                  3 x 8 @ 16kg

                  I finished off with 55 mins on the cross trainer, burnt 800 calories, wrecked from it, I taught The Sopranoes would never end!

                    55 mins fueled cardio on the stationery bike. 600 calories burnt. In the same amount of time last night, I burnt 800 calories on the cross trainer, so from now on I think the cross trainer may be my new weapon of choice in my war against fat.

                    Must do arms in a few hours.... My diet will be sh1t tomorrow as Im off to London to watch Arsenal play Sunderland. I suppose ill have to shout for Arsenal for one day only.

                            what week are you in now of your cycle? i did an epi cycle a few months back,i did 4 weeks as i had never done one before and was just keen to try it but didnt want to stay on too long incase my wife got suspicious, she wouldnt understand ,i noticed strength increase after a week or so, had a great cycle but had horriable back pumps.you had any yet?

                                SD on a cut
                                 
                                I ran it twice before when i was looking to add strength and mass. From my experience, its a wet compound, it leaves me bloated, I crave carbs on it and i get major lethergy while on it which makes cardio almost impossible to even think about.
                                 
                                Therefore the reason i choose Epi.... well i dont think there's any DS out there that will help you cut fat quicker, but my thinking was Epi might allow me to retain muscle during the cut while dropping fat through diet and cardio. Also epi is mild, and Im taking a low dosage especially when you take my size into account so it wont hinder my cardio.
                                 
                                That was my reasoning be it correct or incorrect.

                                  Rex, Im just coming to the end of week 3 of 6, so half way there almost. I havent experienced any strength increases yet, from numerous logs I've read, Epi usually kicks in around week 4. I havent gotten any sides what so ever yet, maybe cos im on such a low dose. I did take Epi before after an SD cycle and i did suffer from joint pain then but nothing that glucosamine couldnt fix.
