Im ashamed to admit I was too lazy to get out of bed and do a.m cardio before class this morning

Im gonna go out on the running track tomorrow and do an hour of light jogging.
Back workout earlier. Myself and Dan Nukem recognised each other at the gym and seen as we were both doing a back workout, I decided to follow his routine.
Deadlift
8x100kg
6x150kg
1x200kg
1x200kg
1x200kg
0x200kg
I dont usually jump from 100kg to 150kg to 200kg BUT I might start doing this instead of fcuk acting around with weights in between.
Assisted Pull Ups
4 x 8 I've no idea what weight the pin was in.
Lat Pull Down
4 x 8 Again not sure of weights. I must bring my notebook next time.
Bent Over Rows
3 x 6 @70kg I was really feeling it doing these, the other 2 exercises made sure I was struggling.
Still no sides or strength gains to report. Day off weights tomorrow, will do arms then Thursday.
