slappy1 doing well buddy!! love to hit some them weights by the end! Do ya change ya pre workout shake ie no-explode? cheers slappy. I only recently got a tub of no explode, I'll use it till I run out of it, then possibly change to a similar product. Id get sick of using the same product over an extended period of time.

No training done since I moved to Oz. I haven't gotten a job yet so I havent joined a gym. Today I got a 7 day trial for a local gym so I done 30 mins on the cross trainer this evening, the place had no air con upstairs in the cardio room just fans blowing hot air, I went at 18.30 local time and it was 29 degrees inside, the sweat was dripping off me. I still have a bit of a wrist injury so I'll be using the free trial for cardio, I wont be joining this place as it's very cramped and fairly run down.

I joined a nice chain of gyms, they have several located throughout Perth which is great. Just did 20 mins on the treadmill, I went from 12km p/h to 6km p/h every 2.5 mins for 20 mins, then 8 mins on the rower. Will most likely do a body part each day and stick with machines till my hand is 100%

Just did my back today and stuck with machines for now. Did Lat Pull Downs, Seated Machine Rows, and a machine for the traps. Lots of Zyzz wannabe's inside the gym, very high standard of gym users in the gyms I've visited.

Chest today. Used the machine incline press, chest press, bb bench, fly machine, cable flies. No point in recording sets/reps and weight till I'm using free weights again, wrist injury is nearly there. Spent at least 30 mins in the jacuzzi after :)

Captain T Hello matey, how are things going? I've got back on the no-xplode now too. Going good now the last couple of weeks in terms of consistency, my weights I'm lifting are well down but I'm not bothered for now, I'm gradually building back up to where I was at by slightly increasing what I'm lifting each week, this way I'll continuously be making progress, thus keeping motivation high, rather than blow out early on. How you finding the NO Explode?

Burney Nice bit of training mate! Hows OZ going? Are you enjoying it? Any luck on the work situation? Cheers lad, Oz is a great place to be if you've a job. Great lifestyle, gorgeous women everywhere, lots to do, huge emphasis on outdoor life and roasting weather, but here in Perth unless your in construction/mining then it can be difficult to land a job. I've a working holiday visa having graduated from college in October with a masters degree, I won't get a career job over here with that visa, that visa will allow me to get any random job that doesn't require much qualifications and allows me to survive over here. It's frustrating not getting work so far and it'll be a huge weight off my mind when I get something because it's an expensive place to be when you dont have money coming in.

Yeah I know what you mean. My mate is over there doing construction (carpenter) and has said there is plenty of work doing most trade work for decent money. He's loving it and has just got his second year working visa, he said to go over there and I was seriously having a good think about it. I bet it's frustrating not being able to get work especially after all the hard work you did at college! Hope you find something decent soon
