I've already been cutting 4 weeks, i started when the Shape Up competition started, I was late getting photos so didnt have a chance to enter that.
The dosage is 30mg e/d weeks 1-6.
For PCT ill use nolva, 60mg, 40, 20mg the usual. I must order this during the week.
Cardio: Mon - Wed Ill be doing 45 mins mins on my exercise bike unfueled, Thur and Fri ill do fueled cardio.
Weights: Mon - Chest, Tue - Back, Thur Bi's + Tri's, Fri - Shoulders
You may have noticed no legs, i dont want anything to interfere with my cardio so thats why Im not doing them during this cycle.
The aim of this cycle is to cut fat, hopefully see my abs, I'm 17 stone on the button now, below is a photo taken a month ago.
Diet: Every day I have a different routine so my meal timings will be different. Carbs will mainly be around breakfast time and maybe some pre workout.
Supps: Whey at breakfast and Hurricane XS post w/o. I have glucosamine on hand for when my joints get sore. As you can see, i've a nice bit of lard to lose but Im looking forward to the challenge.
