I've already been cutting 4 weeks, i started when the Shape Up competition started, I was late getting photos so didnt have a chance to enter that.
 
The dosage is 30mg e/d weeks 1-6.
For PCT ill use nolva, 60mg, 40, 20mg the usual. I must order this during the week.
 
Cardio:  Mon - Wed Ill be doing 45 mins mins on my exercise bike unfueled, Thur and Fri ill do fueled cardio.
 
Weights: Mon - Chest, Tue - Back, Thur Bi's + Tri's, Fri - Shoulders
You may have noticed no legs, i dont want anything to interfere with my cardio so thats why Im not doing them during this cycle.
 
The aim of this cycle is to cut fat, hopefully see my abs, I'm 17 stone on the button now, below is a photo taken a month ago.
 
Diet: Every day I have a different routine so my meal timings will be different. Carbs will mainly be around breakfast time and maybe some pre workout.
 
Supps: Whey at breakfast and Hurricane XS post w/o. I have glucosamine on hand for when my joints get sore. As you can see, i've a nice bit of lard to lose but Im looking forward to the challenge.

    Todays workout went as follows :

    I did 45 mins cardio on the exercise bike unfueled watching season 4 of The Sopranoes.

    Chest

    Bench
    8x60kg
    8x80kg
    5x100kg
    2x110kg
    0x120kg

    DB Incline
    8x37.5kg each hand
    6x37.5kg
    6x37.5kg

    DB Flies
    8x32.5kg
    7x32.5kg
    6x32.5kg

    Cable Flies
    12x13.75
    12x16.25
    12x18.75
    12x21.25

    20 mins on the cross trainer.

    I ve been stuck on 120kg bench now for a while which is frustrating as I did lift 140kg during the summer 3 weeks in a row while on cycle.

      Average session, nothing that'll stand out. I do hope to get as close as i can to my previous deadlift PB of 220kg.

          I go on the stationery bike in the morning, its pretty low impact on my legs so it doesnt really effect me doing weights. I aim for about 140 heart beat, its maybe 70%

              20 mins jog on the treadmill, both were fueled.

              My arms then:

              Triceps
              Dips

              15

              Rope Pushdown
              4x12@18.75

              Biceps
              Ez Curl
              4x8@30kg plus whatever weight the ez bar is.

              Rope Hammer Curl using cable machine
              3x12@18.75kg

                    Diet wasnt the best this weekend as I was away playing in a pool competition all weekend with the college so we were staying in a hotel for 2 nights. But to be fair, its the first time I've had a proper cheat meal(s) in a while so its all good.

                    I'll be back on track again tomorr starting with a.m cardio and then chest later on.

                        I probably should of went for 200kg first then bumped up to 210kg.

                        I was disappointed not to deadlift 210kg, i've failed this a few times now. Apart from that it was a decent session.

                            Cheers bud, I havent noticed any change in weight, my strength hasnt increased either. I expect this to happen in week 4. Last sunday I did put on a pair of jeans that i hadnt wore in a while and they certainly felt looser.

                            Sometimes I notice a change in the mirror, other times i dont, kinda weird.

                              60 mins fueled on the running track today doing a light jog. After every few laps I did a walk. It was great to get out of the gym and into the fresh air. Legs do feel jaded now.

                                I mixed bi's and tri's together in my workout.

                                Tri's: Dips 4 sets, Rope pull down 4 sets of 12

                                      I have used Epi before. It was nearly 2 years ago, I did the following cycle: SD weeks 1-3, Epi weeks 3-7
                                       
                                      However I couldnt really identify how good effective it was as i'd stacked it with SD. Im looking forward to when the epi kicks in, Im not expecting much strength gains as I'm only on 30mg per day and strength is not my main aim.
