Well ive used straight L-Arginine in tablet form, aswell as AAKG which is another form of arginine but apprently is better absorbed.I used the AAKG mostly for preworkout mixing as powders absorb alot faster then capsules and then tablets.
L-Arginine has to be dosed at a certain ammount each day to see an ongoing benafit, however proteins/other supplements(including food) contain traces of arginine so you have to watch how much you take a day, prefably allways on an empty stomach.
Aids with blood flow, aswell as vasidilation, a mild gh realese over time, and at a decent ammount, aswell as aids in muscle pump.
One of the better supps out there id say, and worth running for atleast a month and see how you get on.
Buy it straight, and not from a big branded company as most will have it mixed with lots of other things, that may/may not work, so allways best to start simple, and see how u get on that way.
