LAMBO'S BRITISH INVASION 2011

BOOOOOOOOOM it's on now, Sunday the 26th June 2011 I won the under 90's intemediate muscle talk show and it was the newest felling.. From the moment I walked on that stage knowing that this time I'm doing it properly. These past 12weeks I've been really focused and I think it showed but now I want bigger and better things and the next step to reaching my goals is this years UKBFF British Finals..

I'm gonna walk on stage with the WOW factor and entertain the crowd!!

Was there on Sunday and you looked amazing Lambo. You certainly had a big following there and got the crowd going crazy.
 
I certainly think you have what it takes to go far. You are mahoosive already and still young.

I didn't expect to win to be honest when I was up there but I was going to entertain the crowed :) that's the fun of it bud

What's the plan of action so far..

Well I'm having this week completely off training and back hitting the weights Monday HARD.

I have 3weeks off dieting however I shall still be eating 6meals a day minimum quite clean to so I can keep pumping that protein into me as I'm on a good rebound at the min.

Then 14weeks out I'll start dieting again for the Britain.. I am 100%focused on what I wanna do and where I wanna go.. This is the path I'm taking to get there and with team I have around me I know I will do well.

It's all about representing MuscleTalk baby and 1repmax clothing..

Are you going to be posting some of your training in here Lambo? I'd be interested in what style of training you do, rep ranges, exercise choices etc.

I'm back into it now after about two and a half years off just eating crap and not doing any training.
Going NABBA this time round though mate.
LMAO - just remembering when you were about 15 and hanging around up town while we worked the doors.
Anyway, good luck at the finals - you've got the size and shape for sure.
