Hi, new to the forum though I have been training for nearly 3 years.
I have been reading about L-Carnitine and L-Arginine and purchased Lamberts 500mg L-Carnitine and Solgar 500mg L-Arginine. They both say to take one capsule a day, though I have read on the web that 3-5 grams of Arginine should be taken a day.
How much of each would you take, considering I train 5 x a week?
