Are these double strength tabs the same product as the available "LiverCare" tabs:

Different ingredients so I'm a little confused.

There does appear to be some differences, although both seem to be associated with Himalaya. The product in your link appears to be made for the US market since it uses an unspecified proprietary blend of ingredients.

Yes, they'll assist. Dose depends on what you're taking and your experience, etc. From 1-2 tabs, twice per day. Remember these are the DS - double strength - ones.
