Ordered yesterday afternoon, 10 tubs, paid with Paypal. Got a confirmation E-mail from Hazel saying "posting today" .

Postie delivered 11 a.m today, just in time for breakfast  

Less than 24 hrs from ordering to in my hand !!!

Milk thistle - it's optional.  Some people still recommend milk thistle as well for extra 'protection', most just choose one of the other.

B-vits - these are not really involved in 'liver protection', so taking them is up to you

Take 2 tablets, twice per day; so that's 4 per day.  These are the double strength ones, so they work out very cost effective

oops i have only been taking 2 a day, better up my dose to 4 a day
