Just want to say what your doing is fantastic. As someone who is recovering from bulimia, when you increase the food, I found it easier to add an extra meal or protein shake than to increase portion size, also it was easier to eat more on training days than rest days. hope that helps.

Sounds good! Can I ask, why non-fat dressing? Non-fat stuff is often full of chemicals, sweeteners etc (and not much on the plus side) whereas a little bit of "full fat" stuff (even Udo's as dressing?) gets some good fats in there as well as a few extra cals. Non-fat stuff is a bit meh really, even more so if the person doesn't need to be avoiding cals and fat.

yeah i've told her that she can have decent dressing, i've butchered my own cutting diet to get this diet so that was left in as my diet is specifically low fat. I sent her over the exercise breakdown with links to vids on coopersguns and will aim to get over to her gym to help her out a few times till she gets the hang of it. thanks Karryann appreciate the input as i'm learning as I go here helping out a woman with training etc
